Yes we can, we provide a fully equiped unit mobile van where we will repair your mobile phone.
Does the reparation price include the" we come to you service"?
Yes.
My device has multiple issues, do you offer repair bundles?
Yes, sure we do please just give us a call at 0758 234 1648 and we will see what we can set up for you.
Do you repair any other kind of phones and tablets?
Of course! We repair Samsung, Nokia, Blacberry, LG, HTC, Motorola, Sony and more.
How long must I wait till my mobile phone is repaired?
In most cases less than 30 minutes, in other cases as water damage could be up to 72 hours.
Do you repair iPods or any other Apple products?
Yes we do, iPhone repairs, we offer a wide varitey of iPod, iPad, and Mac repairs. If you are interested in a repair please contact us and we will reply with a quick free quote repair.
How long is the repair warranty you offered?
All our parts and reparations are covered for 12 months, with the exception of water damage that only have 90 days.
Glass & LCD Replacement Service
The glass on my iPhone is completely cracked , is the glass replacement service all I need?
Yes, the glass replacement service will replace the entire glass face
depending of the model.
Do you offer a warranty on screen repair services?
Yes, all parts and repair services include a 12 months of warranty. This warranty
covers only the part that were replaced. It does not cover any subsequent damage
to the phone or components that were not replaced, and escludes crack screens or dents.
If apple don´t sell genuine parts in Uk... How is possible that you advertise them?
Yes, thats correct, Apple do not sell any parts to any iPhone repairer in the UK. We buy our screens and parts from iPhone authorised service centres of another countries.
Water Damage Service
How Long does water damage repair generally take?
Water damage repair normally takes between 24 and 72 hours to
complete depending on the level of damage.
Do you offer a warranty on the water damage service?
Our water damage repair service includes a 60 days warranty
What does this water damage warranty cover?
Our warranty covers any issues caused by the initial water damage
that was repaired. The warranty does not include any subsequent
water damage or further accidental damage to the device.
Does the water damage service include logic board replacement?
Due to its high cost, The logic board is the only part in the device that is not included in the water damage service. If the logic board has been irreversibly damaged, we will not be able to repair it and you will be refunded.
